Save Links to Articles from the Knowledge Panel

You can copy the URL of an article to add to your bookmarks or share with other agents or colleagues. You should avoid inserting these direct links into public facing documents because users must have access to My Knowledge to use the link.

1. Open an article in the knowledge panel.

2. Click the copy icon at the end of the title row to copy the article URL.
