Delete a Service Request

If you have the required permissions, you can delete a service request. A deleted service request can't be retrieved, and the delete action can't be undone. Here's how you do it:

1. Open the Service Request Overview page for the service request you want to delete.

2. In the Action Bar, enter Delete.

3. Select Delete Service Request from the list of suggested actions.

   A confirmation message is displayed.

4. Click Delete in the confirmation dialog box.

   The service request is deleted and the Service Request List page is displayed.
