Filter Data

In the Action Bar, enter filter or show to focus on the information you want to review in the activity feed.

Filter displays the corresponding information in the activity feed. Show displays the associated item plus the corresponding information in the activity feed. Here's a list of the filters you can apply:

Filter Actions and Plans

Display only action plan actions and action plans that have been associated to this service request.

Filter Appointments Display only appointments.

Filter Attachments

Display only attachment history.

Filter Contacts

Display only contact history.

Filter Customer Communication

Display only customer entries and responses (including auto-acknowledgements), and interactions with customers, such as phone, chat, and email.

This filter hides internal notes and application notes.

Filter Field Changes

Display all updates to the service request fields.

Filter Internal Conversations

Display only conversation threads.

Filter Internal Notes

Display only internal notes.

Filter Linked Content

Display only linked knowledge articles and similar service requests.

Filter Messages

Display all types of service request messages, such as customer entries, responses, application messages, and internal notes.

Filter Milestones

Display only the milestones associated with the selected service request.

Filter Tasks Display only tasks.

Filter Team Members

Display only team members.

Show Relationships Display only the relationships between two associated service requests and cases.

You can filter the activity feed by multiple entities such as contacts, team members, messages, and so on.

  1. In the Action Bar, enter the filters in sequence.

  2. To remove a filter, click Remove (the X icon).

  3. To clear all filters, click Clear.

You can also filter the activity feed by a combination of an entity type and a keyword. Here's an example that shows you how to filter by the messages (entity type) that have a keyword solution in them:

  1. In the Action Bar, enter Filter Messages.

    The activity feed displays all types of service request messages, such as customer entries, responses, application messages, and internal notes.

  2. In the Action Bar, enter solution.

    The activity feed displays only those messages that contain the keyword solution.
