Make Yourself Available for a Call

Work assignments are determined by your availability, and your availability is triggered once you sign into sign in and navigate to Service Center.

Here's how you make yourself available for a call:

  1. On the Service Request List page, click the phone availability icon.

    The Manage Presence pane is displayed.

  2. Make yourself available for a call.

    When you point to these icons (highlighted in the screenshot), the tooltips indicate your availability status.

    The Manage Presence pane collapses automatically when you click anywhere outside the pane.
