Add System Messages to the Call Transcripts During a Phone Call

The FeedSystemMessage API must be executed from the engagement context, which is available from the startComm event action response.

Once the engagement context is available, create the request object for FeedSystemMessage API and set the properties for the type of system message that need to be displayed on the transcript. FeedSystemMessage API support two types of system messages.

Here's some guidelines to bear in mind:

• Predefined system messages for Join or leave messages: You must decide whether a predefined syntax is required to show join or leave message for different use cases.
• System messages for custom implementations: There's no predefined template. You can add any message and choose the icon for the system message.
