How You Set Deduction Data for Dependent Children for the US

The Involuntary Deduction Child Data section provides details for child support orders. This section is not available for other deduction types.

You can enter data for up to six children. The first, middle, last name, and suffix values appear on field 3e of the IWO form.

This field	Is used for these deduction types	What it does
Name of Child	Child Support	Dependent child's full name including first, middle, and last name. This field is for reference only and doesn't affect processing of this deduction.
Date of Birth of Child 1-6	Child Support	Dependent child's birth date. Note: This value appears on field 3f of the IWO form.
Last Name of Child 1-6	Child Support	Dependent child's last name. Note: This value appears on field 3e of the IWO form.
First Name of Child 1-6	Child Support	Dependent child's first name. Note: This value appears on field 3e of the IWO form.
Middle Name of Child 1-6	Child Support	Dependent child's middle name. Note: This value appears on field 3e of the IWO form.
Suffix of Child 1-6	Child Support	Dependent child's name suffix. Note: This value appears on field 3e of the IWO form.
