HCM Data Loader Attributes to Migrate Pension Data

You can use the HCM Data Loader attributes to load the pensions migration data. Use the sample use case mappings provided.

You must only provide these flexfield segment attribute values if the HCM Data Loader attribute has a value of HRX_GB_PAE for Deduction Developer Descriptive Flexfield.

HCM Data Loader Attribute	User Interface Prompt	Description
_EMPLOYEE_CLASSIFICATION	Employee Classification for Pensions	Employee’s assessment to pensions enrolment. By default, before the process is run, the classification is set to Not yet assessed. This attribute is validated using the lookup ORA_HRX_GB_PENSION_WORKER_STA.
_ELIGIBLE_JOBHOLDER_DATE	Eligible Jobholder Date	Date the employee became an Eligible jobholder.
_RE_ENROLMENT_ASSESSMENT_ONLY	Re-enrolment Assessment Only	Indicates whether the employee should only be assessed for Re-enrolment. Enter Yes or No.
_REASON_FOR_EXCLUSION	Reason for Exclusion	Reason why an employee might be excluded from re-enrolment. This attribute is validated using the lookup ORA_HRX_GB_PAE_EXCL_REASON.
_OVERRIDING_WORKER_POSTPONEMENT	Overriding Worker Postponement Rule	Postponement rule for the employee that overrides the worker postponement rule you have set at the PSU or TRU level. This attribute is validated using the lookup ORA_HRX_GB_PENSION_POSTP_RULE.
_OVERRIDING_ELIGIBLEJH_POSTPMNT	Overriding Eligible Jobholder Postponement Rule	Eligible jobholder postponement rule for the employee that overrides postponement rule you have set at either PSU or TRU level. This attribute is validated using the lookup ORA_HRX_GB_PENSION_POSTP_RULE.
_OVERRIDING_QUALIFYING_SCHEME	Overriding Qualifying Scheme Name	Qualifying scheme that the employee should be enrolled in during the Pensions Automatic Enrolment process. This attribute is validated using the value set ORA_HRX_GB_PENSION_QUALIFYING_PENSION_SCHEME.
_ACTIVE_POSTPONEMENT_TYPE	Active Postponement Type	Indicates the type of postponement the employee is currently subject to. This attribute is validated using the lookup ORA_HRX_GB_PENSION_POST_TYPE.
_ACTIVE_POSTPONEMENT_RULE	Active Postponement Rule	The active postponement rule indicates which postponement rule currently applies to the employee. This attribute is validated using the lookup ORA_HRX_GB_PENSION_POSTP_RULE.
_ACTIVE_POSTPONEMENT_END_DATE	Active Postponement End Date	End date of the current postponement.
_ACTIVE_QUALIFYING_SCHEME	Active Qualifying Scheme Name	Name of the qualifying pension scheme the employee is currently enrolled in.
_QUALIFYING_SCHEME_JOIN_METHOD	Qualifying Scheme Joining Method	Indicates the method by which the employee joined the qualifying scheme. This attribute is validated using the lookup ORA_HRX_GB_PENSION_JOIN_METHOD .
_QUALIFYING_SCHEME_JOIN_DATE	Qualifying Scheme Joining Date	Date on which the employee enrolled into the qualifying scheme.
_QUALIFYING_SCHEME_LEAVE_REASON	Reason for Leaving Qualifying Scheme	Reason the employee leaves the qualifying scheme. The attribute is validated using the lookup ORA_HRX_GB_PENSION_LEAVE_REASN.
_QUALIFYING_SCHEME_LEAVE_DATE	Qualifying Scheme Leaving Date	Date when the employee leaves the qualifying scheme.
_OPT_OUT_PERIOD_END_DATE	Opt-Out Period End Date	An employee who is an eligible jobholder has a certain period during which the person can decide to opt out. This indicates the end date of the opt-out period.
_OPT_OUT_REFUND_DUE	Opt-Out Refund Due	If an employee opted-out after pension contributions were taken, they might be entitled to a refund of the contributions.

_JOINING_SCHEME_PROCESSED_DATE	Joining Scheme Processed Date	Hidden field required for processing.
_LEAVING_SCHEME_PROCESSED_DATE	Leaving Scheme Processed Date	Hidden field required for processing.
_CLASSIFICATION_CHANGED_PROC_DT	Classification Change Processed Date	Hidden field required for processing.
_ACTIVE_POSTPONEMENT_PROC_DATE	Active Postponement Processed Date	Hidden field required for processing.
_PAYROLL_FOR_PAY_REF_PERIOD	Payroll for Pay Reference Period	Indicates the payroll that needs to be used to identify the pay reference period.
_OVERRIDING_STAGING_DATE	Overriding Staging Date	Employee can have an individual staging date, that is, the date when the Pensions Automatic Enrolment becomes applicable to them. That date overrides the PSU staging date.
_QUALIFYING_SCHEME_ID	Qualifying Scheme Component	Each Qualifying Pension scheme needs to be created as an element using the Element task. This generates the element and a component in the Benefits and Pension calculation card. This is the name of the Pension component corresponding to the qualifying scheme that the employee is enrolled in. It is automatically populated by the Pensions Automatic Enrolment process but can also be uploaded. Note: When uploading this information using HCM Data Loader, you need to make sure that the corresponding component in the Benefits and Pensions card already exists
_QUALIFYING_SCHEME_START_DATE	Qualifying Scheme Start Date	Start date of the qualifying scheme.
_LETTER_TYPE_GENERATED	Letter Type	Type of letter generated by the process, based on the employee’s classification. This attribute is validated using the lookup ORA_HRX_GB_PAE_LETTER_TEMPLATE.
_LETTER_STATUS	Letter Status	Status of the letter. This attribute is validated using the lookup ORA_HRX_GB_PAE_LETTER_STATUS.
_LETTER_TYPE_DATE	Date Letter Generated	The date on which the letter was generated.
_SUBSEQUENT_COMMS_REQ	Subsequent Communication Required	Indicates whether additional Pensions Automatic Enrolment information needs to be sent out. Enter Yes or No.
_LETTER_HISTORY	Letter History	If the employee was previously issued with the letter type N, this needs to be brought forward to this application. Enter No.
