Report Results

This report has three sections:

  • Complete Flow Instances: All the flow instances that have successfully completed the upload to employee records.

  • Incomplete Flow Instances: All flow instances that attempted upload to employee records, but it isn’t yet complete.

  • Content IDs Not Processed: Any UCM Content IDs that are available for upload to the employee records, but a flow to upload them isn’t yet submitted.

The report lists these attributes, where available:

  • Flow instance name that uploaded the UCM Content ID

  • File Type, for example, SL1

  • Flow Status

  • Submission Date

  • UCM Content ID

  • Starting GOT number, before the flow was submitted

  • Final GOT number, after the flow was submitted

Note: There are two additional fields in the Completed and Incomplete Flow Instance output; HDL Content ID and HDL Error Count. If the HDL Error Count is less than 0, you must run the HCM Data Loader Error Analysis Report Diagnostic with the HDL Content ID. This might provide further details of the errors found.
