Override Pension Email Delivery Option
You can override the email delivery options for pensions automatic enrolment using extract definitions.
- On the Home page, click the Data Exchange quick action in the My Client Groups tab.
- Search for and select Extract Definitions.
- Set the scope to search for UK Pensions Automatic Enrolment Notification
Letter Process.
- Click Show Filters.
- Select a legislative data group.
- Enter name as UK Pensions Automatic Enrolment Notification Letter Process.
- Click Search.
- On the Extract Definitions page, click the Advanced Edit icon.
- In Extract Delivery Options, click Pension Notification Letter Email.
- On the Extract Delivery Options page, click Overriding Delivery Mode option. . Enable the
- To add a new row, click Add.
- Review and complete the fields as shown here:

Field Description Start and End Dates Review and modify as required. Delivery Option Name Prefix the value to identify it as a custom delivery option, [PREFIX] Pension Notification Letter Email
Output Type PDF Report /Human Capital Management/Payroll/UK/Pensions AE Employee Letters Email.xdo Template name Pension Notification Letter Email Output Name Pension_Enrolment_Notification_Letter Delivery Type Email Required Yes Overriding Delivery Mode Pension Notification Letter Email - Click Additional Details for the new delivery option and add details you need to send pension notification letters by email.
- Click Save.
- Review and check to see if the new delivery option is added to the hierarchy.
- You can now add the custom delivery option to the report category.
- Select the report category UK Pensions Automatic Enrolment Email.
- In Additional details, click Add.
- Search for and select the new delivery option that you created.
- Save your changes.
- Click Submit.
