How to create the association for the new hires

Here's how you can create the association for the new hires

  1. On the Home Page, click My Client Groups > Data Exchange > HCM Data Loader / HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader.
  2. Click Import and Load Data and then click Run Spreadsheet Data Loader.
  3. Include the tax reporting unit attribute in the HDL dat file or HSDL template for new hires.

    The association and association details for the new hires is created.
