How You Access a Report of Employer Comments for Terminated Workers

The Comments and Attachments section in the responsive UI replaces the Employer Comments field in the classic UI.

In the classic UI, navigate to My Client Groups > Person Management > Work Relationship > Actions > Terminate. You can create a report for the values in the Employer Comments field that are stored in the PER_PERIODS_OF_SERVICE table using OTBI or BIP.

If you use in-flight classic termination transactions, move the comments from the Employer Comments field to the Comments and Attachments section. The comments and attachments are available in the BPM tables. It is best practice to keep the transaction details, including comments and attachments in the BPM tables until you are ready to archive the approval details. Once you archive the BPM comments and attachments, you can access the comments from the BPM archive tables.
