How can I Edit the Date for a Frequency Rule?

The date field on the Frequency Rules page is made read-only when the frequency rule is saved with at least one of the periods.

To edit the date field, clear all periods and click Submit. Now, you can edit the Date field. Remember to select your periods again. Note: You will have to clear all periods every time you want to edit the Date field.
