Replace Affordable Care Act Templates with New Versions
In cases where you need to replace an Affordable Care Act (ACA) report template with a new one, you upload the new file through Reports and Analytics.

From Tools, click Reports and Analytics.

Click >>, and select Shared Folders.

Expand Human Capital Management, Benefits, US, and then ACA.

Select the report you're replacing, and click Edit.
Be sure to note the template's exact name. You will need it later.

Delete the template. At the confirmation message, click OK.

Click Save.

Select +Add New Layout.

In Upload or Generate Layout, click Upload.

In Upload Template File, enter or select the following.
Field name
What you do
Layout name
Enter the exact name of the template you're replacing.
Template File
Select the latest template file in your local folder.
Type
Select XSL Stylesheet (HTML/XML/Text).
Locale
Select English.

Click Upload.

Click View a list.
-
Select XML as the default format for the template you're replacing.

Click Save.
