Enrol Employees to the 50/50 Section
Use the Calculation Cards task to move an employee into and out of the 50/50 section of the main scheme.
Perfom the following steps:
- Open the employee’s Benefits and Pensions card and select the Effective As-of Date to the earliest date on which the 50/50 transfer can happen, that is, no earlier than one day after the employee has communicated their election.
- Select the main scheme contribution type and click Edit.
- Select the Member of 50/50 section check box.
- Select Delete and End Date to enter the date on which any additional pension type contributions that aren’t payable under the 50/50 section should cease. This date should be the day before the 50/50 section enrolment can begin.
