Why can't I see absences on the schedule?

Only absences measured in hours show on the team schedule, planned schedule, and view published schedule pages. Here's how the absence display statuses map to the absence statuses on schedule pages.

Absences Display Status	Schedule Status
Awaiting approval	Pending Absence
Scheduled In Progress Complete	Approved Absence

Long-term absences, such as sabbaticals or maternity leave, don't show on schedules.
