Configure Additional Data for ADP Global View

Confgure additional data for ADP Global Payroll interface by enabling these settings. These settings are disabled by default.

  1. On the Home page, click the Submit a Flow quick action under the My Client Groups tab.

  2. Search for and select Manage Global Payroll Interface Features Usage flow, then click Next.

  3. Complete these fields:

    • Payroll Flow Name: Provide a meaningful name to the current flow so that you can track it later

    • Activate Usage: Yes

    • Feature: Search for "Assignment EIT Information EFF"

    • Component: Search for Additional Assignment Details for ADP Global Payroll

    • Sub component: The search displays all the delivered data elements under the component. Choose the element that you want to enable.

    Note: If you want to enable all these fields, choose All.

  4. Submit the flow.

  5. Repeat steps 3 through 6 choosing the various sub-components that you want to enable.

  6. If you want to enable the additional data available under Person, repeat the above steps using these details:

    • Feature: Person EIT Information

    • Component: Additional Person Details for ADP Global Payroll

    • Sub component: Select the sub-components as applicable

    Note: Features and the sub components that you can enable for implementation depends on the ADP recommendation. Consult with ADP before enabling the features and sub-components.

  7. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to the Manage Extensible Flexfields task.

  8. Search for the Assignment Extensible Flexfield providing search parameters as,

    • Name: Assignment EIT Information

  9. Select the returned Assignment EIT and click Deploy Flexfield.

  10. Once the deployment is successfully complete, the Deployment Status column shows a green tick mark.

  11. If you have enabled data under Person in step 7, repeat steps 9 through 11 searching for Name as Person EIT Information.

The data elements that you capture using these settings would address most implementation scenarios. Specific implementation scenarios might arise where you don't need to capture all of these data elements. For such scenarios, you can enable only those data elements that you want to capture.
