Enable Diagnostic Log

Use Diagnostic Log to identify the exact location and root cause of issues that you encounter in the interface process.

If you encounter any errors, perform these steps to enable the diagnostic log on ADP Global Payroll Interface process:

  1. Login to the application as BI Administrator and navigate to BI Catalog.

  2. Navigate to /Shared Folders/Human Capital Management/Payroll Interface folder. Select the desired report and click Schedule.

  3. Specify the flowInstanceName.

  4. Click the Diagnostic tab and select the Enable Consolidated Job Diagnostic check box.

  5. Click Submit, and schedule the report by providing a Report Job Name.

  6. Click OK.

  7. After the job is complete, go to Report Job History from Catalog. Search the name of the job that you submitted.

  8. Click Report Job Name from the search results.

  9. Use the download icon next to Diagnostic Log in the Output and Delivery section.
