What happens to future-dated changes during employee transfers?

The Local and Global Transfer task copies future-dated changes to employment data if you choose to copy future assignment updates.

If a recurring element entry has an end date after the transfer date, and you choose to copy the element entry as of the transfer date, task copies the end date.

Note: Use the Future Assignment Changes Copy Enabled HR profile option (ORA_PER_CLE_COPY_FUT_ASG) in task to copy future changes on employment data.
