Review and Resolve Participant Action Items
As a benefits administrator, here's how you resolve action items for a participant.
- Click .
- Search for the participant.
- Ensure that the current effective date is before the action item's due date.
- In the Benefits Summary page of the participant, click Pending Action Items on the scorecard.
- Click an action item's link. In the page that appears, provide the required details to resolve the item.
