Auto Indirect Elements and Creation of Element Eligibility for Kuwait

Auto Indirect elements are predefined by Kuwait localization to trigger Social Insurance and Gratuity calculations once the related person level cards have been assigned.

The Social Insurance indirect element is automatically assigned as element entry to the person. Gratuity auto indirect element is attached to the person when terminated.

This assignment is done without any action at the implementation level. Before assigning a person calculation card, the implementation team must create element eligibility for the Auto Indirect elements.

Note: Don't select the option Automatic entry when defining the auto indirect elements for Social Insurance and Gratuity. Otherwise the calculation card creation will fail.
