How You Set Up Compensatory Time in Absence Management

Here's what you need to do to implement compensatory time in Oracle Fusion Cloud Absence Management. The tasks are in the Absence Management work area.

1. Create an absence plan with the Compensatory plan type and define the related attributes for compensatory time. Use the Absence Plans task.
2. Create an absence type for compensatory time absence entry. Use the Absence Types task.
3. Link the absence type to the compensatory time plan. Use the Absence Types task.

What to do next

After you define the absence plan and absence type, you can enroll people in the linked compensatory plan. Use the Absence Records task in the Person Management work area.
