Configure Employee Disabilities for the US

Before you assign disabilities to employees, you must define the specific disability types and statuses required for your organization's business needs.

Use the Manage Common Lookups task to set the valid entries for these lookups.

Lookup	Field
HRX_US_ADA_TYPE	Type
HRX_US_ADA_STATUSES	Requested Accommodation Status

Note: When using the Person task, you select these values using Type and Requested Accommodation Status in the Legislative Information region on the Disabilities tab.
