New Jersey

Register for a Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services (DORES) account. For further info, see the New Jersey Treasury website.

Rhode Island

In addition to submitting through the ACA Information Returns (AIR) electronic filing system, you must submit the 1094-C Employer Report electronically to the Rhode Island Division of Taxation. For further info, see the State of Rhode Island Division of Taxation Department of Revenue website.

Washington DC

In addition to submitting through the AIR electronic filing system, you must submit the 1094-C Employer Report electronically with the Office of Tax and Revenue (OTR). For further info, see the Washington DC Office of Tax and Revenue website.
