The Employer Information Report EEO-1 (EEO-1 Report) is a federally-mandated annual compliance report for employers with more than 100 employees. It provides employment data categorized by race, gender, and predefined job categories.

This process produces an output file suitable for electronic submission to the EEO-1 Joint Reporting Committee.

When do I use this report?
