Recruiting Assistant Capabilities

The Recruiting Assistant supports the Candidate Experience, Internal Candidate Experience, and Hiring skills.

The Internal Candidate Experience V2 (ICE V2) and Hiring skills are delivered as part of the FADigital Assistant. The Candidate Experience Version 2 skill (CE V2) is delivered as part of the Candidate Experience V2 Digital Assistant.

Candidate Experience Skill

The Candidate Experience skill has been enhanced with new capabilities, making it the CE V2 skill. It enables candidates to:
  • Search for jobs using location, job category, and job function synonyms
  • Check their application status
  • Join the Talent pool
  • Withdraw their job application
  • Delete their profile
  • View interview schedules
In addition to English, which is the default language, the CE V2 skill provides support for these languages:
  • Portuguese
  • German
  • Italian
  • Arabic
  • Dutch
  • French
  • Spanish
Here are a few things to note:
  • Brazilian Portuguese and Canadian French aren’t currently supported.
  • The language of the Recruiting Assistant is automatically set to the language of the career site. However, if the language on the career site isn’t supported by the CE V2 skill, the conversation will continue to be in English.
  • Once a candidate starts the conversation in a specific language, they can't change the language in the middle of the conversation.
  • When using Arabic, dates must be entered using Western Digits (0-9), as Arabic digits aren’t currently supported.

Internal Candidate Experience Skill

The enhanced Internal Candidate Experience V2 (ICE V2) skill enables candidates to:

  • Search for jobs using location, job category, and job function synonyms
  • View their interview schedules
  • Check the application status
  • Withdraw a job application
  • Refer a candidate
  • Access help and exit the conversation at any time.
Note: The ICE skill has similar capabilities as Candidate Experience, with the major difference being that the ICE skill is used by employees.

Hiring Skill

The Hiring skill enables the hiring team to:

  • View requisitions
  • View job applications
  • Check candidates' status
  • Create a job requisition
  • Check the status of offers
