Generate Payroll Interfaces for Payroll Connect Vendors

You can generate a standard payroll interface for the Payroll Connect vendors. You don't have to create multiple copies of the same interface for various countries.

Use the Generate Payroll Connect Interfaces process to

  • generate payroll interfaces for Oracle Payroll Connect vendors.

  • manage imported payroll interfaces for Oracle Payroll Connect vendors.

Use this process to convert an interface defined at one Legislative Data Group level to enterprise level and to inject country level data into the interface converted to enterprise level.

When configuring payroll interface for payroll connect partners, create an initial interface at any Legislative Data Group level selecting the global attributes you want to include in the interface across countries. This creates an interface with all global data required in the standard interface for the payroll partner.

Follow these steps to run the Generate Payroll Connect Interfaces process to convert Legislative Data Group level interface to enterprise level interface:

  1. Search for and select Submit a Flow task under the My Client Groups tab.

  2. Search for and select Generate Payroll Connect Interfaces flow.

  3. Complete these fields:

    • Payroll Flow Name: Provide a meaningful name.

    • Usage: Select Configure Payroll Connect.

    • Consumer: Select the appropriate Payroll Connect partner.

    • Extract Definition: Select the extract definition created through the configurator for the selected payroll partner.

      For imported payroll interfaces, select the extract definition that you imported.

  4. Submit the flow.

  5. To include country specific data for countries after converting to enterprise level interface, run the Generate Payroll Connect Interfaces process again with the usage parameter value as Incorporate Country and inject country level data for countries which have an extension provided by Global Payroll Interface.

  6. You can start using the interface after running this process to generate the output files for the payroll partner.

Note: Use only delivered payroll interfaces for integrating with ADP Global View, ADP Celergo and ADP Workforce Now. Payroll interfaces for ADP Global Payroll, ADP Celergo and ADP Workforce Now should not be generated using the Generate Payroll Connect Interfaces process.
