Migration Instructions

These instructions are applicable only to customers moving to ADP Global Payroll Interface V2

1. Org Units in Payroll Interface for ADP Global Payroll V2 converged integrator are supported by fast formulas.

   • Existing ADP Celergo customers moving from Global Payroll Interface V2 to Payroll Interface for ADP Global Payroll V2 need to create fast formula, pull the same standard attributes you have been using, to the fast formula, and map the fast formula to the Org Units.

   • f you are already using fast formula, then you need to map the fast formula to the Value sets and lookup types referred earlier.

   • Additional Org Units if needed can be added.

2. From the day of the cutover, delete any extraction schedules that have been set up for Global Payroll Interface V2 and redefine the schedules for Payroll Interface for ADP Global Payroll V2.

3. Ensure that all delivery options configured in Global Payroll Interface V2 are configured in Payroll Interface for ADP Global Payroll V2.

4. Before going live on Payroll Interface for ADP Global Payroll V2, perform a baseline using the interface as below:

   • Ensure the regular interface run on Global Payroll Interface V2 is complete and the file is transferred to ADP

   • Ensure all configurations relating to Payroll Interface for ADP Global Payroll V2 are complete and the interface is ready for use.

   • Submit a baseline using Run Payroll Interface for ADP Global Payroll V2.

   • Perform regular data changes and start using Payroll Interface for ADP Global Payroll V2 for regular interfaces.
