Pending Worker (Abstract Role)

A pending worker is an individual who will join the organization as either an employee or a contingent worker and for whom a person record is created in the HCM application. This role will enable the pre-hire to access pre-boarding tasks, such as providing documentations and proofs, completing mandatory forms, and so on.
