Create Court Order Elements for Saudi Arabia

Earnings allowances, loans, court orders and GOSI Arrears, Saned Arrears, are the elements for which the Saudi localization has predefined specific calculation rules.

Before you start

You must create the Court Order elements as Involuntary Deductions and select the secondary classification as Court Order using the seeded element template. You can create each type of Court Order as an element. Depending on the type of Court Order issued to the employee by the courts, corresponding Court Order element must be attached to that employee.

Create Court Order Element

Here's what to do

  1. Select the LDG, Primary classification as Involuntary Deductions, and Secondary Classification as Court Order.
    Note: Category is automatically set to Involuntary Deduction.
  2. Answer the set of questions pertaining to the element type based on your organization’s business rules that apply to deduction of Court Orders.
  3. Click Next.
  4. Review the information and Click Submit.
    Note: The Court Orders element is predefined for Saudi localization to trigger court order calculations. Element eligibility must be created for the Court Orders element to add the court order card to employee.
  5. Enter a unique name for the Eligibility record.
  6. Click Submit.

Results:

After you have created the court order elements and the eligibility for Court Orders element, they become available to be allocated to the employees as required.
