Create Association for Employees Hired via HDL and HSDL

You can create the association and association details for the employees hired via HDL and HSDL.

Include the tax reporting unit attribute in the HDL dat file or HSDL template for the new hired employees.

  1. From the home page, navigate to My Client Groups > Data Exchange > HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader > Spreadsheet Templates.
  2. Select the Assignment object in the Available Objects drop-down.
  3. Set the search criteria as tax reporting unit.
  4. Select the attribute and add it to the Selected Attributes region.

On completion of this task, the association and association details are created for the new hires.
