How Do I Display Net Pay Amount on the Payslip Page for Multicurrency Payments

Steps to configure the payslip page to display net pay for multicurrency payments.

When you have multicurrency payments where the currency of the LDG and the currencies of the payments are different, use the Display net pay in balance currency on payslip UI (ORA_PAY_PAYSLIP_DISPLAY_NET_PAY_BALANCE_CURRENCY) profile option to display the net pay amount on the payslip page in the currency of the LDG.

Use the Manage Administrator Profile Options task in the Setup and Maintenance area to enable the profile option at the Site level.

1. Navigate to the Setup and Maintenance area and search for the Manage Administrator Profile Options Values task.
2. On the Manage Administrator Profile Values page, search for and select the ORA_PAY_PAYSLIP_DISPLAY_NET_PAY_BALANCE_CURRENCY profile option.
3. In the Profile Values section, you will see that by default the site level profile value is set to N. To enable this profile option, you should enter Y.
4. Click Save and Close.
5. Sign out and sign in again see the changes.

Note: If you don't enable this profile option you will see the net of the payments and not the net pay amount on the payslip page for multicurrency payments.

This profile option setting affects payslips generated after this profile is enabled. If you pay in multiple currencies and have already generated payslips, the net pay amount won't change on the payslips page for those existing payslips.
