PAYE Information While Migrating Terminated Employees from Legacy Application

When you migrate an employee's record to Oracle Cloud HCM, and the terminated employee reported the full payment submission (FPS) in the legacy application, you must ensure that the relevant segments on the PAYE flexfield are recorded.

  • DATE_LEFT_REPORTED_HMRC: Indicates the date already reported by the legacy FPS process submission. The Oracle Cloud HCM payroll process uses this termination date in any future FPS submissions, as required.

  • DATE_LEFT_FILED_PA: Set to a notional value of -1.

Note: These fields should not be populated while migrating data, if the employee's first FPS reporting the termination is from the Oracle Cloud HCM. In such cases, the Oracle Cloud HCM FPS process will populate these values.
