Manage Overrides

If you have an absence that’s been processed using fast formula, then you need to use the override fields within the absence record.

If you have an absence record that’s being processed using the case solution, then you need to use the override fields in the case level. Overides take effect in the first absence, and this should be done even if the two absences are linked.

For example:

If you have an absence record on Jan 1 that’s processed in the formula solution and another linked absence record on the Feb 1 absence that’s processed in the case solution, any overrides required should be entered in the first absence, which is the formula solution in this scenario.

Overrides need to be entered in the first absence in a linked absence chain.
