How can I diagnose any issues with a participant's benefits information?
Run the Benefits Health Check diagnostics report.
To run the report:

Click the logged in user's icon, and click Run Diagnostics Tests in the Troubleshooting section.

In the Diagnostic Dashboard page, search for the Benefits Health Check Diagnostics report, select it, and click Add to Run.

In the Choose Tests to Run and Supply Inputs table, click Run.
