View the Archive End-of-Year Payroll Results Output

Upon successful completion of the archive process, you can open and view the archived process results. Here are some examples of from where you can view the output results.

From the Regulatory and Tax Reporting Area

To view the Archive End-of-Year Payroll Results output from the Regulatory and Tax Reporting area:

  1. Navigate to Regulatory and Tax Reporting area under Payroll on the Home page.

  2. Click Submit a Process or Report.

  3. Select a Legislative Data Group and search for Archive End-of-Year Payroll Results flow pattern.

  4. Click Next.

  5. Enter the Payroll Flow name, Year, and select the other parameters if required.

  6. Click Next twice and Submit the process. Verify that the process runs to success.

  7. Under Task Details tab, click the Go to Task icon for Archive End-of-Year Payroll Results.

  8. Click the Archive End-of-Year Payroll Results link.

  9. Select the Process and click the View Results icon.

  10. Click on any employee to see the archived data for the employee.

From the Checklist Area

To view the Archive End-of-Year Payroll Results output from the Checklist area:

  1. Navigate to the Checklist area under Payroll on the Home page.

  2. Follow steps 2 through 10, as given in the previous section.

From the Payroll Calculation Area

To view the Archive End-of-Year Payroll Results output from the Payroll Calculation area:

  1. Navigate to the Payroll Calculation area under Payroll on the Home page.

  2. Click View Payroll Process Results.

  3. In the search criteria, specify the Payroll Flow name.

  4. Select a Legislative Data Group and click Search.

  5. Search for and click the Archive End-of-Year Payroll Results flow pattern.

  6. Select the Process and click the View Results icon.

  7. Click on any employee to see the archived data for the employee.
