Add Employer Phone Number and Email to the W-2PR and W-2cPR

Before you attempt to generate your year-end forms, make sure you've added your employer phone number and email address to your Forms W-2PR and W-2cPR.

To do this:

  1. From My Client Groups, click Workforce Structures.

  2. Click Manage Legal Reporting Unit HCM Information.

  3. Click Edit and then Update.

  4. Click Tax Reporting Unit and then Puerto Rico.

  5. In Puerto Rico W-2 Reporting Rules Overrides, update the following fields to appear on the W-2PR and W-2cPR.

    • Employer Phone Number

    • Employer Email

  6. Click Submit.
