Create a Salary with Pay Rate Components Using HCM Data Loader

The salary in this example has two rate components. The annual base component amount is user entered. The allowance component amount is calculated for workers at headquarters as 50% of the annual base and all other workers as 40%.

This example initializes the worker’s salary. Notice that only the annual base component provides a value. Because ComputeSalaryRates is Y, the housing allowance component amount will be calculated.
