Review Existing Data Sets

The Recent Spreadsheet Loads task allows you to review the details of data sets recently processed using the HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader.

This mobile responsive user interface displays the following summary information:

• The data set name
• The template name
• The data set status
• The business object
• The number of failed spreadsheet rows
• The percentage of rows that loaded successfully

You can expand a data set to display:

• The total number of spreadsheet rows
• The number of spreadsheet rows that were uploaded
• The number of objects that were uploaded
• Who created the data set
• The last updated date of the data set

By default, only data sets last updated by the session user in the last 7 days are displayed. Click the Show Filters link to change the filter criteria.

Click on the spreadsheet icon to generate a spreadsheet and download the data set you're reviewing.

Note: You can only download those data sets for which you have the access to view.
