How can I create multiple output files in HCM Extracts?

There are multiple approaches to create multiple extract results.

  • Run/Schedule Extracts separately for different Legal Entity ID/Legal Entity or other criteria per your requirement.

  • If Legal Entities (or other filter parameter) are constant, create separate delivery options and filters to show only records related to different Legal Entity filtering in the RTF/ETEXT template.

  • Enable bursting by changing the Extract Results Delivery type when creating or editing a delivery option in the Extract Definitions page. Click Enable in the Bursting to enable the bursting options associated with the BIP template.
