Considerations for Selecting the Employment Model for Chinese Employers

Employment contract management is important for Chinese legal employers. You select the employment model on the Manage Legal Entity page, Legal Employer Details tab.

Note: Oracle recommends that you use the 2-Tier - Multiple Contract - Single Assignment employment model for China. This model supports multiple assignments under a single employment contract.
