Document Records Profile Options

Use the Manage Administrator Profile Values task in the Setup and Maintenance work area to manage profile options. You can configure these document record-related profile options as required, to meet your enterprise requirements:

ORA_PER_DOR_ASG_LVL_DELETE_ON_CANCEL_WR	Cancel of Non-Global Transfer Work Relationship	No	If this is set to Yes, then this is what happens in this process: If there are multiple assignments in the work relationship and the assignments have document records, then the document records associated with the assignments are deleted. When document records are being deleted, the document records pending transactions are discarded from the approval process.
ORA_PER_DOR_ASG_LVL_DELETE_ON_DELETE_ASG	Delete Assignment Level Document Records During Delete Assignment Enabled	No	If this is set to Yes, then this is what happens in this process: All document records associated with the assignment are deleted. Document records pending approval are discarded from the approval process.
ORA_PER_DOR_ASG_LVL_MOVE_ON_CHANGE_LE	Move Assignment Level Document Records During Change Legal Employer Enabled	N	If this is set to Yes, then this is what happens in these processes: Global Transfer When document records are moved from source to destination assignment, document records pending approval aren't moved. However, users can move the document records manually using HDL, HSDL or REST, post approval. Only document records from the source assignment are moved. If there are multiple assignments in the source work relationship and the assignments have document records, then the document records associated with a non-source assignment continue to be associated with the original assignment Cancellation of Global Transfer Work Relationship When document records are moved from destination to source assignment, document records pending approval aren't moved. The pending transactions are discarded from the approval process. If there are multiple assignments in the destination work relationship and the assignments have document records, then the document records associated with a non-destination assignment are deleted. If there are multiple assignments in the destination work relationship and the assignments have document records, then the document records associated with a non-destination assignment are deleted.
ORA_PER_DOR_ATTACHMENT_SCAN	Document Record Attachment Scan Enabled	Yes	If this is set to Yes, the Add (Add from Attachment) action is enabled on the Document Records page. To disable the action, you must set the profile option to No.
ORA_PER_DOR_FILE_DOWNLOAD_MAX_SIZE	Document Records File Download Maximum Size	5 MB	You can increase the profile value to enable larger files to be included in the download of document records.
ORA_PER_DOR_SOA_WAIT_IN_MINS	Document Records Post Approval Commit Wait Time	0	This is what you can specify: Specify the time to wait in minutes to commit document record transaction data after it's approved. Value can be between 1 and 59.
