Create Court Order Elements for Kuwait

Before you create a Court Orders calculation card, you must create the court order elements. Keep in mind that you must create only one element for each order type. Let's take a look at how to create a court order element:

  1. Select the Manage Elements task from the Payroll Calculations work area.

  2. Select Create Element.

  3. On the Create Element page, select the relevant legislative data group.

  4. Select the Involuntary Deductions primary classification.

  5. Select the secondary classification from the list of values based on the appropriate court order type.

    Note: The category is automatically set to Involuntary Deductions.
  6. Click Continue.

  7. Enter the required information, and answer the questions in the associate element template as required.

  8. Click Next.

  9. Review the information, and click Submit to create the element.

  10. On the Element Summary page, provide additional information as needed, such as input values, processing rules, and eligibility.

  11. Select the Manage Elements task to view the court order element you created.
