Gratuity Payment Element for Kuwait

Kuwait localization has predefined the Gratuity Payment element that's used to process gratuity payments. This element is calculated in payroll whenever the End of Service calculation card is automatically generated by the termination process.

This element feeds the gross pay and net pay balances.
