Why can't I see candidate records on the Payroll pages?

Check the Display Candidate Records on Payroll Pages profile option setting, which controls the display of the candidate employment records on the Payroll application pages.

The Display Candidate Records on Payroll Pages profile option controls whether the candidate records are displayed on the Payroll pages. The default value of this profile option is No, which hides the candidate records. This setting lets you view and select only those records that are managed within the Payroll product, such as employee. You can't select candidate records on Payroll responsive pages such as Personal Payment Methods, Payroll Relationship, and Calculation Entries.

To display the candidate records on the Payroll pages, set this profile option to Yes.
