How You Let People Submit Time Cards Containing 0 Hours Entries

Make sure that the time entry format is Display hours and time.

• To edit the time entry format, use the Layout Set task.
• To link the layout set to relevant profiles, use the Worker Time Entry Profiles task.

Both tasks are in the Time Management work area.
