Shift Layout for WFM Schedules

The shift layout is optional and included in nonunified layout sets only when you select the Shift layout. It’s automatically included in unified layout sets.

• The manager version lets you identify time attribute values that time and labor managers can configure when the create and edit shifts.
• The worker version identifies the time attributes and values that individuals see when they view shift details.
