Workforce Management Profile Options

To enable various features, including whether people use classic, responsive, or enhanced time cards and Oracle Search, use these profile options. Edit the site-level profile values using the Manage Administrator Profile Values task in the Setup and Maintenance work area.

ORA_HWM_ELASTIC_SEARCH_ENABLED	Enable the use of Oracle Search on time card pages. For people to see search results, when you enable elastic search, you need to also define an HXT data security policy. If you don’t enable elastic search, the HXT data security policy isn't required. But if you use Oracle Search for persons and the HR person LOV, you need to enable the ORA_HXT_TM_DSP profile option.	No
ORA_HWM_ELASTIC_SEARCH_INITIAL_TC_INGEST_RGE	Pull all previous time cards with periods during the specified range, in months and up to 12, into the time card search index. Also pull any applicable current and future time cards.	12
ORA_HWM_EVENT_INLINE_THRESHOLD	The maximum number of time record groups handled in a request for inline processing of the related time record events.	3
ORA_HWM_INTERNAL_TEST_FLAGS	Set internal flags to enable various processes in time repository. Change the value only when directed to by Oracle Support. ORA_HXT_TM_DSP	Enable the time data security policy for pages in the Time Management work area. For example, you've someone who's both a time and labor manager and HR manager. For one group of people, they manage time cards. For another group, they provide only HR management. The time data security policy limits that person's time card access to only the group that they manage time cards for. They can't see the time cards for the group they provide only HR management. If you don't define a time data security policy and enable the related policy option, time and labor managers won't see and can't search for anyone. No related time events, entries and cards appear on the time pages.	No
