CMP_DISABLE_PENDING_APPROVALS_CHECK_IN_MANAGE_CONTRIBUTION Profile Option

To let individuals submit more personal contributions while other contributions are pending approval, enable this option. Also configure access details for the individual compensation plan so that people can't update or stop contributions using the Manage Personal Contributions action.

This profile option affects only individuals submitting personal contributions. Even when it's enabled, people using these actions to submit new allocations still have to wait for pending approvals to be resolved:

• Administer Compensation
