Additional Balance Feeds for Pension Contributions

A number of balances are generated automatically by the element template. Some of those balances are fed by classifications or secondary classifications; others need to be fed manually:

Final Pensionable Pay LGPS Added Years	Contribution basis for Added Years additional pension type.	All earnings that are pensionable subject to final salary scheme rules.
Final Pensionable Pay LGPS ASBS	Contribution basis for ASBS additional pension type.	All earnings that are pensionable subject to final salary scheme rules.

The above feeds may be the same as those created for the Final Pensionable Pay balance.
