Create a Survey

Use the Surveys page in the Personal Brand work area to create a survey and respond to surveys sent by others. For example, you can send a survey to peers seeking feedback for personal growth.

You can also use the same survey to take a self-assessment.

  1. On your home page, click Me > Personal Brand.

  2. In the Personal Brand page, click Surveys .

  3. Select the recipients for the survey. This can be your peers or direct reports.

  4. Enter a name for your survey.

  5. Select an existing survey. If required, you can add your questions to the list.

  6. Click Submit.

To analyze survey results by topic and question, click Responses.
